First off it is not your stomach per say that grows, it is your uterus. The uterus sits deep in the pelvis and usually fits in there until month 4 when it flips up over your symphysis pubis in need of more room. Every woman is going to be different though with our various body shapes and will be different with each pregnancy as the abdominal muscles change with each.

An internal sonogram can show pregnancy as soon as 4 weeks. There will likely show an amniotic sac which is the first to form during pregnancy. Within a week after that you can see the fetus start to form. The heartbeat will likely show around 8 weeks.
You can show during your second month of pregnancy. Some women don't start showing until their fourth month of pregnancy. It depends on your weight before you were pregnant when you will show.

It's different for everyone. Generally you should earlier on with your second (or more) pregnancy. In a first pregnancy, you generally start to show around 4 months, but some people start showing at 12 weeks, others at 6 months
You can show during your third month in pregnancy. You need to gain about five pounds to start showing your belly. Your skin will stretch and this causes it to itch.
