When you crave any kind of junk food follow this list:

  1. Eat something healthy, like an apple, or some sort of fruit;
  2. If that doesn't work, keep yourself busy, for example, read, or go for a walk, or do something that will keep your mind off the chocolate!;
  3. If that still isn't working, try and keep your house free of chocolate :)
  4. If all else fails, it isn't a crime to eat a small amount of chocolate! Eat what you want, but in moderation :) If you feel guilty after eating it, just go for a walk or something. You may even work off the calories you gained by eating the chocolate.
