You bet. I sliced apples last week with my 83 year old mother - we peeled, sliced them and soaked them with a tablespoon of lemon juice and water. I strained them and put them in a ziploc freezer bag. I just moved them to our downstairs freezer and they did not brown! Nice job on saving money !
