If i drink too much milk, then my nose and ears start to itch like crazy. i can have a glass and be completely fine. but more than that, then that happens. same with gum. if i chew gum for too long then my nose starts to itch like crazy. i find this happen with other foods too. rarely though. what could this mean. i dont believe milk and gum have any of the same ingredients.
