This is called 'brooding'. What the hen is doing is incubating the eggs using her own body heat and moisture to keep the eggs at a perfect temperature to allow a chick to form inside the egg. Twenty one days of this and a chick will hopefully emerge from the shell.
it all develops into into the chick many different ways. For example, when the YOLK develops into a chick it is very interesting how i does!!
Yes. There is some chance of a throwback gene in the chick produced but in general, if the egg the chick hatches from is green/blue and the rooster who fertilized the egg is of the same genetic lines then very likely the resulting hen will go on to produce green eggs.
to do that you have to press A to pick up the egg then go to the incubator and then press a to drop it on the incubator wait in till the egg is a chick
eat food on egg
you get eggs by just hens but in order to get a chick you need a rooster to breed with a hen. then when it lays an egg it might be fertile. It takes about 21 days until the chick actually hatches.
Well yes and no actually. The female lays the egg and then they take turns sitting over it to keep it warm for about half the time it takes for the chick to hatch. It's actually looks kind of like a dance when they roll the egg to each other, because they need to be so close to each other and they sort of sway, this has to be done so the egg is exposed for the least amount of time possible or else the chick inside may die. The female then leaves the male to sit on the egg while she goes in search of food. She is often gone for weeks, before returning around the time of hatching to relieve the male and feed her chick by regurgitating the fish she has fed on. If she does not return (because she has become dinner for another animal) her chick will die. Penguins are social animals and live and perform the above in very large groups often in the hundreds. Hope this answered your question ;)
Yes, you can. At Easter time, you see all the pretty painted eggs and you can crack them and eat them. Sharpie's dont go through paper, unless you leave it on there for a long time, so why would they go through an egg. But you do need to hard boil it before you start marking on them. :) Hope this helps!
Um well the chick in the egg is growing so it will hatch soon and the egg needs warmth and the chick is alive and it is moveig they do not have fathers yet ether it is very special to keep the egg save if it cracks the egg will no be able to grow any more!ALSO I JUST WANTED TO SAY TO STOP HUNTING IF U DO AND RECYCLE AND TRY TO KEEP ANIMALS SAVE AND SAVE ELECTRICITY ! The female lays the egg (they only have one each breeding season) and they then take turns sitting over it to keep it warm, until the female leaves in search of food, often for weeks, before returning just after hatching to feed the chick by regurgitating the fish she has fed on. If she does not return, her chick will die.
First you go to the grocery store or kwik trip or D&D or steal chicken then when you buy or wait for the chicken to take its course you put it on a stove for about fifteen min. (if a chick popped out you did it wrong) then after that time you pop it in your mouth and remember to chew it and swalou
