You could plant this and care for it like a normal plant and when the tree grew it would have a treehouse in it. Unfortunately, this quest is no longer able to be played and the only way you can get a treehouse seed is by trading, but they are extremely rare. I've only ever seen one treehouse in the whole time I've been playing in buildabearville and I've been a member for three years... Sorry! Anyway, hope this helped!
