Where is tuna caught?

Tuna is produced by first having it frozen once it is caught. The tuna is then thawed, and it is cleaned. The tuna is then lightly cooked. It will then be cleaned again. Finally it is processed and cut into fillets.

Tuna fish are processed by going through the fishing part. Then they get put into a factory that is about 60 degrees all the time because of the humidity of the area, the factory is a huge enclosed shed with station tables. The first table is the goriest table, they chop the heads of. then all the tuna go through a belt that put them into a box, then is transported through about 900 tables. Each table has about 7 people on it the skin the fish ready for packing. They have to finish about 10 tunas in about a minute.
