You can copy slides and paste them. The complete slide would be replicated again.
If you go down to the bottom right hand corner you will see a button which says Slide Sorter. Click that and scroll down to the very last slide and click it. If you want to do it in a slide show, put the slide show on by clicking Slide Show at the top and then click From Beginning and right click on the slide show and scroll down to where it says Go to Slide and wait until a list of your slides come up and then scroll down to the last slide.
You could find the file in your folder, then right click and choose the rename option.
