You can use all parts of the fish. You can eat the meat(obviously), the skin, and (im not 100% sure on this) but in other countries, they might even eat the intesteines. You can even use the bones for fish stock.
The only part of a fish that is generally not eaten are the entrails (guts). Canned sardines are eaten with their heads, scales, fins and tails, many trout have scales that can be eaten. In many parts of the world, fish head soup is a common meal. Certain fish eggs (caviar) are also eaten. Many times it depends on the size, type and diet of the fish that determines what are or are not edible parts.
Most the fish is not eaten, head scales innards fins etc.
Almost all types of fish are edible. There are certain species that are poisonous, and can't be eaten, or only select parts of the fish can be eaten while the rest of the fish will kill anyone who eats that part of the fish.

Yes. It happens regularly.
Yes, bodies lost at sea can be consumed by fish and other marine scavengers. When a body decomposes in the water, it releases nutrients that attract various marine organisms looking for food. This is part of the natural process of nutrient recycling in the ocean ecosystem.
Yes, algae will be eaten by zooplankton, which will then be eaten by forage fish, anf finally eaten by ......game fish (which will get consumed by sharks and so on)
