there not slow at all infact they can be pretty fast if they have to be....what you might think is slow is because there doing a little (what i like to call) "leaf dance" where they move back and forth slowly moving forward to apear like a branch in the wind to avoid being seen by predators or whatever.
Well since chameleons are cold blooded,they don't have a maximum temperature. I guess that's why they walk so slow... Harry,I'm going to call you Dan or whatever you want so I don't draw a lot of attention to you! I <3 U!
