Some people refer to pickled gherkins as wallies because this was a commonly used slang term in London. Wallies was a word that was commonly used in London in the 19th century.
Apparently, Mcdonald's put gherkins in their burger because their burgers contain so much sugar, if they didn't put the gherkins in the burgers, they would need to class them as desserts! Maybe this is the same reason everyone else puts gherkins in burgers!!
Pickled gherkins would not have a viscosity since viscosity refers to a liquid's resistance to flow.
Gherkins!
I think it is because gherkins are usually in an acid of some sort (vinegar) that would re-act with other containers.
Wallies are peel and stick chalkboards. Perfect for the little artists in the family. Wherever they want to draw, just slap one on the wall and away they go!

Pickles are commonly referred to as gherkins, dills, or kosher pickles, depending on their preparation and flavor. In some regions, particularly in the UK, they may also be called "gherkins" for smaller pickled cucumbers. Additionally, the term "relish" can refer to pickled condiments made from vegetables, including pickles.
