mine turned yellow because of too much rain. the potting soil i used was the type they advertise as less water needed . the soil retains moisture longer.after four or five days of rain the nutrients flushed out,and the soil will need quite a few days of dry weather . Then its going to need a little slow release fertilizer. Italian parsley likes average sun an lightly fertilize and water when soil gets dry. dont be overly kind by overwatering and overfertilizing. You mean well, but it happens to a lot of people. happy gardening!
