Naegleria fowleri and Zebra mussels cannot live together as it may cause fatalities. The former is parasitic and affect any animal that is put together with it. Putting them together in a tank is not advisable. In the wild, they may live together as long as the Zebra mussels can produce enough young to deal with the deficit.

Mussels live in fresh or saltwater habitats. Some also live in tropical areas, while most live in temperate zones. You can find mussels on beaches, rivers, ponds, and in canal systems. Hope I helped.
Mussels live in a variety of different locations, but always on the bottom of the body of water. They are always benthic, meaning they live on or attached to the bottom.
Mussels typically live in the intertidal zone, which is the area of the shore that is covered and uncovered by the tides. They can be found attached to rocks or other substrates in this zone, where they are able to feed and survive in the constantly changing environment.
