Cook for 20-40 minutes at 180 degrees C (depending on size of the gammon steaks). Serve with potatoes - in a pan bring to boil a litre of chicken stock (cube) with a couple of tbls butter. Add peeled potatoes and boil until the stock has reduced to nothing and the potatoes are browned by the butter. Serve.
