I don't think many body builders eat 3 to 4 dozen whole eggs a day (that would be around 2500%-3400% of one's daily cholesterol), but perhaps some eat 3 to 4 dozen egg whites from boiled egg s. A single egg white contains 6 grams of protein, no fat, no cholesterol and essentially no carbohydrates. I can't recommend eating 3 to 4 dozen a day, but egg whites are an excellent source of protein.

Look at your question again and consider it. My answer to your question AS PUT is that if the chicken is alive you probably will damage yourself by eating one every day. In fact you will probably damage yourself the FIRST time you try it, especially if the chicken is big and you swallow it whole.
