It depends. They certainly wont be aggresive, but if you do, make sure to spay and nueter them.
if it gets REALLY REALLY bad possibly. if the cage is pretty dirty,it could make the guinea pig sick or it isn't good for him/her. Most likely it wont kill the guinea pig.
When choosing a guinea pig cage with a removable tray, important features to consider include the size of the cage to ensure enough space for the guinea pig to move around comfortably, the material of the cage for durability and safety, the ease of cleaning with the removable tray, and proper ventilation to maintain a healthy environment for the guinea pig.
If i were you i would get a big cage so the guinea pig can run around Good luck with your piggie I have a big cage that holds 2 guinea pigs and they chase each other around the whole cage!!!
A Guinea pig they live longer and they are bigger so they wont escape if u shut their cage properly

I try to clean my guinea pig's cage around once a week or when it looks dirty.
It means that the guinea pig wants to go back In its cage if not that then the guinea pig is cooled
Guinea pigs need space to move around in, and some hamster cages are pretty small. Ideally a guinea pig needs at least 0.75 sq. m. If your pet seems like it does not like its cage, get a bigger cage soon
