If you have one of those expensive high wattage microwaves, you actually can!

Put it in for about two minutes, should be done by then.

However, the quality of the cookie will not be the same as the quality of an oven-baked cookies, but its a suitable alternative if you want your cookies fast.

no you can not bake cookies in cakes in a mircowave. to bake you have to use an oven. duhh every one knows that....

There are recipes written especially for the microwave. They won't have the crispy browned exterior or color of cookies made in the oven. But here's a recipe for microwave baked chocolate cookies.

MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES1/4 c. vegetable oil

1 c. dark brown sugar, packed

2 eggs

1 tsp. vanilla

1 1/2 c. Bisquick

1/2 c. Chocolate Chips

1/4 c. chopped nuts

Stir together sugar, eggs, vanilla and oil. Blend until lumps dissolve. Mix in Bisquick until just blended. Fold in chocolate chips and nuts.

Drop 5 spoonfuls at a time (in a ring) onto a waxed paper covered microwave-safe plate.

Microwave 2-4 minutes on medium setting until cooked through. Time will depend on your microwave, so watch closely or they will become brittle.
