Personally, I would not because I do not like having to stir the peanut butter before using it every time I want to make a sandwich. I have had to do this in the past and stirring a half inch if liquid peanut oil that has separated back into the peanut meal and getting it smooth again is just too much effort.
Also without the stabilizers the peanut oil can rapidly go rancid, completely ruining the flavor and forcing me to throw away inedible peanut butter that could have been used if it had had stabilizers.
Modern peanut butter with the additives I can buy the largest jar they have and never have it go bad, but the "natural" peanut butter I have bought was often already rancid and inedible the day I bought it! I don't need that trouble.
You can purchase peanut butter at Food Basics, Walmart, and Path mark.
Peanut butter is a fat-based product, and fat dissolves better in milk rather than water or tea which are primarily water-based. The fat in peanut butter can emulsify better with the proteins in milk, creating a smoother texture compared to water or tea. Additionally, the flavor of peanut butter complements the creamy taste of milk better than the taste of water or tea.
