the study determoined that those we perceive as lucky are in fact just better at spreading their chances and making calculated choices and not taking risky long-shots.
'un-lucky' people tend to make longer odds bets which are therefore less likely to win. although in the long-run the house will always win as we are all subjected to the same odds, although i am the first to admit that more often than not it does not feel that way.
