I think you should say just plain "I don't want to" because if someone really likes you enough to want to, they will understand.

If someone asks you to have sex and you don't want to, just say no, and keep repeating it if you must. Don't feel compelled to give any explanation. If you try to explain, the other party may try to argue or debate with you and pick your reasons apart. If you say you have moral objections, be prepared to say that they matter to you and you are not going to violate them no matter what, since they are likely to tell you that your objections are not important.
