If it has a silver fineness (like .999 or .900) and a weight in ounces inscribed on it, multiply the weight by the fineness by the current price of silver (about $17/oz) for a rough idea of its value.

If it doesn't have anything about its silver content, it's probably only silver-plated and has very little value.
