yes it is, i live on Catalina so i know most of the story's. you can read some of the storys in a book called haunted catalina, but here is one of them

a man liveed in the casin and late at night, he would have to pee (big surprise) so in a dark and scary place like the casino, he wouldn't want to walk the long walk to the mens room, so hed use the ladies room (it was late at night when no one was there) and one night he went in and got in one of the stalls, then he heard a woman using the bathroom, he thought someone was just staying there late, so he went out of the stall, but nobody was there, knowing it was a ghost, he got scared and wanted to go back to the comfort of his own room, but when he tried to open the door out of the bathroom, it wouldn't budge.
