"Warren Buffet" is what many people seem to think, but Buffett's organization disavows his connection to the term (see William Safire from 2006, at http://www.nytimes.com/2006/09/17/magazine/17wwln_safire.html, although that article doesn't really resolve the question decisively. Nancy Friedman doesn't really resolve it either (http://nancyfriedman.typepad.com/away_with_words/2007/08/on-skin-in-the-.html). I guess we have to keep looking.
