I have actually seen that bench points are displayed on some fantasy football sites. I saw that some of my benched players would have contributed a lot more points than my starters. At Phenoms Fantasy Football, the site they use actually shows you which players you should have started.
You only get points for your Active players. Your reserves (or BENCH) players do get points, but their points do not count towards your total.
If you are referring to fantasy football, BE stands for bench. Otherwise I have no idea what BE stands for.
The term bench points in basketball refers to how many points the non-starting players of a team score in a game. They are called bench points, because the player begins the game sitting on the bench, as opposed to on the court. These points do not count more or less than the points scored by starters.
To play a player in fantasy football, you need to start them in your lineup, which typically involves selecting them from your roster based on their matchup and expected performance. To bench a player, simply move them from your starting lineup to your bench, where they won't earn points for your team that week. Monitor player performance, injuries, and matchups weekly to make informed decisions about who to start or bench. Adjust your roster as needed before the lineup deadline, usually set before the first game of the week.
Only if one of your starting players gets injured or is on a bye week. Then it is customary to replace that player with an active player from your bench
