here are the steps to use it:

1. put a Pokemon's national pokedex # in the poketech calculater, press L, and then clear the calculater.

2. then put the desired lvl of the Pokemon in the calculater and press R, then clear the calculater.

3. then put in a # 1-25 into the calculater and press select, then clear the calculater.

4. run around in the grass until you find the desired Pokemon.

there is'NT 1 but if u get regigigas from Sapphire or somthing and trade it to pearl, diamond or platinum and train it to lvl 100 then u get all the regies.

regirock is at mt. corenet

Registeel is at iron island

and i don't no were regiice is.
