Its the farthest north lake near a man who says he's fatigued. You need a mach bike to get up a sandy slope, to get it. First, keep on going left then up. then right at a lake and use surf to get the other side.

Post your cartridge to Nintendo and they will download it for you. You can't get the old sea map anymore so this is the only way to do it!
