A summary for A process in the weather of the heart by Dylan Thomas?

From my understanding, it's a story told about the author falling in love with a woman "the golden shot" and having sex with her. They have a kid which in the 1900s out of wedlock is shuned by society. They try and hide it but they finally give up and come put of hiding.
