If you mean at the very end, then here are the facts:

Harry marries Ginny. They have three children called James Sirius Potter, Albus Severus Potter, and Lily Luna Potter (Oh, no, he's of course just made these names up out of the blue!). When the little afterstory takes place, Albus is just in his first year at Hogwarts. It is James's second year, and Lily can't wait to go.

Ron marries Hermione. They have two children called Rose and Hugo. When this little afterstory takes place, Rose is just about to start her first year at Hogwarts and Hugo is Lily's age.

Draco marries some random and they have a child called Scorpius. Ron tells Rose (not word for word), 'Ah, there's little Scorpius. Make sure you beat him in every test.' 'Ron!' says Hermione, amused. 'Sorry, Sorry... Thank God you inherited you Mothers brains.' Ron added in an aftertone.
