A Torterra should definitely know moves that are STAB (same type attack bonus) So Curse should definitely know Razor Leaf,Synthesis,Earthquake. Delete Curse. It may seem awesome knowing that your prize Pokemon knows the only ??? type move, but Curse hacks half of your HP and puts a curse on 1 of the opponent's Pokemon.
