The Pokemon with this ability include Pikachu, Raichu, Pichu, and sometimes Voltorb, Electrode, Electrike and Manectric. Also, if you happen to be looking for a specific gender, a Pokemon with Cute Charm ability at the front of the party will make the chances of finding a Pokemon of the opposite gender 2/3, regardless of the gender ratio. Unlike Static, this will work in Sapphire as well as any other game, which is good if you are trying to catch the elusive female Pikachu to breed a Pichu.
