From the evidence I've seen they are not still together.
I read a post on the Prince.org message board by someone who said they were one of Manuela Testolini's Facebook friends. This poster said Manuela had posted on her FB wall that she needed to meet somebody 'tall, dark, and handsome'. When a comment asked if she was going to attend the now cancelled Sexy Soul Tour, ft Eric Benet, Mint Condition, and Ledisi, Manuela (according to the Prince.org poster) said, "No Ma'am".
Plus the two haven't been seen in public since the NAACP Image Awards.
That is the total of my knowledge on the subject. Eric Benet hasn't been public either since the tour was cancelled. So for all anybody knows the two of them could be off on a private vacation someplace.
It's just that evidence leans towards their coupledom being over.

Per recent information, Eric Benet and Manuela Testolini are not personally together but per contract with Eric's label they do appear on the Red Carpet as a couple.
