I have a set that I purchased a year ago. I think they are excellent for a budget tire!! I live in upstate New York and they handled spectacularly through all the snow this winter!! They have excellent traction in both snow in winter, or rain in summer. The tread is very similar to the Goodyear Aqua-Tred and is therefore very good at hydroplaning resistance. The only drawback to them is that they are a little bit noisy at speed. They make a dull roaring sound and at low speeds they tend to make a whining sound.
