Yes, many of the guests wear their house robes along with other Harry Potter gear. Just be cautioned that the park is in Orlando, Florida. Depending on the time of year, the temperature goes over 100º F. You may want to bring a small backpack or something to store your cloak in if it gets to be too much.

The Wizarding World of Harry Potter is located inside of Universal Orlando's Islands of Adventure. Universal Orlando tickets allow entrance to either of the two theme parks (the other being Universal Studios). If you plan on using your ticket to enter Universal Studios (and do not have a park hopper), you will not be allowed into the Wizarding World of Harry Potter.
