Yes, they're both circumcised, even though Italian hospitals don't routinely circumcise all newborn boys. Maybe his Mom and Dad requested it? Dylan Sprouse even said he's circumcised on his old YouTube account, when someone asked him directly. Cole was too, and due to wearing no underwear, he accidentally revealed his dick through the leg of his shorts when he fell off a log, on the TV episode Ah Wilderness (on the 'Suite Life of Zack and Cody' TV show) on Disney Channel, of all places!! On the HD broadcast recorded on TiVo, you can see very clearly that he is Cut (circumcised).

I agree; Cole and Dylan where born in Italy, where babies are rarely circumcised at birth. Also, It is rare for circumcisions to be performed later in life unless there is a foreskin related health problem.

Most likely not, the practice of circumcision isn't practiced in Italy. so they are probably intact.

Both were circumcised, Dylan has been using techniques to lengthen his foreskin for a couple years now. It doesn't fully cover the tip when soft let alone hard. Prob next year
