No they aren't but I must admit the prop team in the later movies did a very good job
In the movies, Wolverine's claws are primarily created using CGI, especially in scenes where they need to appear more dynamic or interact with objects in complex ways. However, practical effects, such as retractable claws made from metal or other materials, were also used in certain scenes to enhance realism. The combination of both CGI and practical effects helps create the iconic look and feel of Wolverine's claws on screen.

Yes he did. He is a mutant by birth so he was born with his BONE claws and heightened senses (smell sight and hearing which is why he is such a good tracker ) , including his healing factor which gets stronger over time. Because of all of these things Especially the healing factor so that he could withstand the pain of the operation of covering the bones in metal they thought he would be a good candidate for the weapon X project which basically meant that he was going to be used as a weapon.... Another explanation: The kid is actually WOLVERINE, and this claws are not adamantium yet, those are his bones. HE IS BORN MUTANT. YOU CAN PAUSE the part of the trailer where his claws are shown, the claws are not smooth. he only got his adamantium claws when he was experimented on and there he got his metal claws.

Wolverine. Not only is he able to heal all his wounds, he has claws. Friggen claws, man. Spiderman has cool powers, sure, but they're defensive-- his webs can't really be used as a weapon unless he shoots them into someone's mouth to suffocate them. Realistically speaking, of course, such a fight would never occur because Spiderman would take one look at Wolverine and realize that he cannot compare to this pinnacle of manhood.

'Wolverine Worldwide'. Wolverine boots are really good quality, durable and rugged safety boots that are used by construction workers, military and anyone else with a tough image! I wouldn't be surprised if Wolverine himself wears them.
