Yes, there are a few. One Piece is one of the more popular ones.
No, it doesn't. Film4 shows anime movies sometimes though. (Just last year they had a Studio Ghibli marathon for Christmas)
Bulbapedia shows anime. They include Pokemon and many other anime shows that are available for all to watch and enjoy. They also have the Diamond and Pearl series.
I don't know about lists of animes, but Culture Japan is a great resource for cultural stuff.
No, but around 4am to 8 am they so some anime shows on cartoon network
Pretty much any site that shows anime. I suggest, to help the anime community, (because animators literally only get paid a dollar for every frame, which is about 5 dollars a day), to watch it on either Crunchyroll, Netflix or any others that you pay to use. BUt, if you want to watch it free, I suggest Kiss anime, which hosts many other anime too.
Gakuen Alice is the BEST!!! I also recommend Special A^^
This is very hard to answer. The reason is because there has been thousands of anime shows made. The best advice I can give you is look at some of these websites. They have a lot of anime info and what they are about. MyAnimeList Anime News Network These websites is the closest you will come to having a complete list of all the anime shows.
naruto some parts are so funny

Anime doesnt neccesarily use the ratings scale but for your question anime that 'would' be rated 18 above is any ecchi or hentai anime.
No , not necessarily but not all anime appeals to all viewers .
unforunately, there aren't any parts in the anime when Meta Knight shows his face :/
I recomend Lovely Complex, Itazura na kiss, and Shugo chara
Raizu isn't in Naruto ... In fact, Raizu doesn't even exist in any anime shows

It is pretty popular and it is one of my favorite anime shows!
Totally Spies is an anime. manga are the actual comic strips, anime are the TV shows.
