If you want Entei in HeartGold or SoulSilver, you first need to visit the burned tower. Once you visit the basement, Sucinine, Entei, and Raikou will flee. It is harder to get Sucinine than the other two. To get Entei, open up the map and you will see a small thumbnail of Entei and Raikou somewhere on the map. You travel to the destinatin, then try to catch the Lvl. 40 pokemon! Once I was trying to cach a stanler, but I ran into Raikou. Once I pulled out my strong Pokemon, it fled. So, try to use mean look so it wont escape. Once the HP is low, then try to catch it with a ultra ball.
