Yes, in 2011, there will be a new Avatar series called Avatar: The Legend of Korra. It takes place 70 years after the event in Avatar: The Last Airbender. Korra is the next avatar. She is a teenage water bender. Aang has a son named Tenzin and everything is just crazy.

∙ 14y agoWell, not at present. There were some air nomads that escaped the wrath of Sozin, and lived in the earth kingdom, but they died out. However, in the new Fanime; Avatar: the Dawning of Darkness, there is a new air nomad named Kienya, a grand daughter of Aang and Katara

The Last Airbender is a cartoon show (that was also made into a movie). If you can figure out where that world really exists and go there, you could probably study bending at any temple. However, those people seemed to be born with the powers, so I suspect you could not learn it unless you'd been born an airbender.
