Yes. Disneyland accepts cash, checks and credit cards not only for tickets, but also for most of the restaurants and most of the gift shops
It has shops all over the world, and there are Disneylands in more than one continent, (Asia, Europe, America)
Disneyland in Anaheim, CA has eight themed areas or "lands" that host various shops, restaurants, live entertainment, and attractions. A ninth area (albeit defunct) is Holidayland, a picnic ground which operated between 1957 and 1961 and is often referred to as the "lost" land of Disneyland. Tokyo Disneyland has seven themed lands. Disneyland Paris has five theme lands. Hong Kong Disneyland currently has five, one in-which has opened this year (2011) and two others will open in 2014. Making the total seven.
To become Cinderella at Disneyland, you have to ask the manager at Disneyland!

Usually some towns have skate shops and you can buy boards there for about $60 for the deck only. Maybe $130 for a complete.
You can buy them from pretty much anywhere. Wal-Mart, Target, Skate Shops, Ski Shops, a lot of places have them.
It is possible, but you have every kind of restaurants and sandwich shops on site.
