No, although you are on the right track.
Dark Void- The replacement for hypnosis. It does the same thing, but it hits 1/10 MORE often than Hypnosis, and in double battles it will put both pokemon to sleep.
Dark Pulse- The ideal STAB move. (STAB means Same Type Attack Boost, which means it is the same type as the pokemon using it, making it 50% more powerful, so instead of it's 80 Base power, it now has 120)
Focus Blast- This move is super effective on many types, and hit's most anything. It also has a very high power, at a base of 120.
Nasty Plot- Use this move whenever you have a chance. It will make ALL of the other moves in this set almost twice as powerful.
Why not dream eater or nightmare? Well the thing is, the pokemon has to be asleep. Darkrai is THE sleep pokemon, but alot of trainers will switch out when you try to get them with it, and then your move won't do anything! Remember that Darkrai's ability, bad dreams, will hurt the opponent on every turn that it's asleep, and you don't have to do anything!
