Stardust Dragon negates and destroys the card it is used against. Prime Material Dragon can only be used against an effect that destroys a monster on the field. So, if Stardust Dragon is trying to negate a Dark Hole, then Prime Material Dragon cannot be used against it. But if it is trying to destroy a Dark Armed Dragon, then Prime Material Dragon can be used against Stardust Dragon in this case.
I'm assuming this is a TV show question. And the answer is Yes.
Stardust Dragon has a triggered effect that special summons it from the graveyard on the turn that it negated an opponent's effect. Forbidden Graveyard will negate this trigger, Stardust Dragon will not be summoned.
You activate Assault Mode Activate and send a face up Stardust Dragon you control to the graveyard. Then, you special summon Stardust Dragon/Assault mode from your deck. If the assault mode monster is in your hand, you can't special summon it. This is why you would also want Assault Teleport.
Yes, but only if Stardust Dragon was to be flipped face-down. If the controller Flip Summoned it, then Trap Hole can be used. More than likely though Stardust Dragon will simply activate its negation effect. Apart from that, Stardust Dragon can only ever arrive on the field by Special Summon, so Trap Hole cannot be used there.
If it is not specifically denied, then yes. For example, if Stardust Dragon is removed from play, you can Special Summon it by using a card such as D.D.R. - Different Dimension Reincarnation.

No. Stardust Dragon is not found in Stardust Overdrive, and the Promo cards obtainable from the Special Edition pack are Charge of the Light Brigade and Tempest Magician.

It can't be Normal Summoned or Set, and can't be special summoned except by removing from play a Stardust Dragon from your Extra Deck.
Stardust Dragon/Assault ModeStats: [Dragon/Effect] LV10 ATK/3000 DEF/2500Monster Class-Type: WINDCard #: DPCT-EN003Found In: Duelist Pack Collection Tin 2009Description: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except with its own effect or with "Assault Mode Activate". You can Tribute this card to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect, and destroy that card. If you negate an effect this way, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during the End Phase. When this card on the field is destroyed, you can Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your Graveyard.
Special characteristics of materials include conductivity (ability to conduct heat or electricity), magnetism (ability to be attracted to or repelled by a magnet), hardness (resistance to scratching or deformation), and ductility (ability to be stretched without breaking). These characteristics determine how a material can be used in various applications and industries.
Stardust Dragon will be able to use its effect to negate a card. However, it will not be able to Special Summon itself from the Graveyard. This is because it was not properly Synchro Summoned first; therefore, it is not eligible to be Special Summoned from the Graveyard. The effect of Starlight Road does not state that the Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon. It does not properly Synchro Summon Stardust Dragon. For confirmation on this ruling, click on the "Related Link" below.
As long as that Stardust Dragon had been special summoned properly by Synchro Summon (ie, it did not reach the field via Starlight Road), then the opponent is free to Monster Reborn it before it tries to special summon itself in the end phase.

No, "Stardust Dragon" cannot stop the effect of "Hyper Synchron". "Stardust Dragon"'s effect only activates when a Spell, Trap or Monster effect activates that involves destroying cards. "Hyper Synchron" only increases a monster's ATK.EDIT: Then at the End Pahse it destroys said monster and sends it out of play. i think in theory you can, but Stardust will lose the ATK boost when it is Special Summoned back to the Field. REAGAN SMASH!!!!!!!!!!EDIT/Corvette4t: No, Stardust Dragon, as stated in the first sentence, can only Negate the effects of cards that Destroy. Hyper Synchron's effect does NOT Destroy; it only Removes from Play. This means that Stardust Dragon cannot be chained to the effect of Hyper Synchron as Removing from Play and Destroying are two completely different concepts. However, if the effect of Hyper Synchron was stated like Bottomless Trap Hole, "...Destroy and Remove from Play...", then yes, you could chain Stardust Dragon to it.Stardust DragonWIND/Dragon/8/EffectATK/ 2500 DEF/ 20001 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersYou can Tribute this card to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field and destroy that card.
