When the Continuous Trap card is first activated (turned face-up), then Dark Bribe can be chained to this, to negate that activation and destroy the card.
After this, some apply an effect continuously (Royal Decree), and some have further effects that can be activated repeatedly (Royal Oppression).
Dark Bribe can do nothing against them at this point. It can only chain to that initial activation. It cannot chain to any further activation, ie, when the Trap card "activates an effect."
For a counter-example, look at Stardust Dragon which can be used against "Spell, Trap, Spell/Trap Effects," meaning it works against initial activations as well as the subsequent effect activations of an already-active Spell or Trap.
The cast of Bribe - 2011 includes: Friedel Aristyl as Elijah Thomas Arrand as Opponent Drew Zeran as Gregory
RAB is Regulus Arcturus Black. He's younger brother of Sirius Black. He stole The Slytherin's Locket and ordered Kreacher to destroy it who failed miserably. Then locket was stolen by Mundungus and further taken away by Umbridge. Finally Ron Weasley was able to destroy the horcrux.
Good question, I had to reread the chapter three times to figure it out. Dolores Umbridge blackmails (incorrectly called a bribe by Rowling) Mundungus Fletcher to give her Slytherin's locket so she won't arrest him for selling illegal artifacts.
no, not that I'm aware of, but you can use cards that negate effects like solemn judgment or dark bribe.
The best ways to prevent your cards from being destroyed are with monster effects or Counter Traps. Stardust Dragon, Solemn Judgment (now limited though), Dark Bribe, and even Destruction Jammer can all save your cards from being destroyed. There are few, if any cards that specifically prevent your continuous spell cards from being destroyed, although Field Barrier saves your Field Spell cards from destruction.
When Royal Decree is first activated, Dark Bribe can negate the activation of that trap card and destroy it. However, once Royal Decree has been on the field and the chain resolves (or for over one turn) in Yu-Gi-Oh, then it can no longer be destroyed by Dark Bribe.
No. The Mirror transports you anywhere. I forgot how to get Hercules to help you destroy the padlock. Sorry :(
