Yes, it can.
In 6th generation, Kecleon learn Magic Coat by breeding method with:
Spoink, Grumpig and Lopunny.
Kecleon can only learn the move Magic Coat through breeding. A Lopunny, Spoink, or Grumpig father with that move will be required for the breeding.
Brick Break sometimes appears in Kecleon's shop as a TM worth 6500 Poké. It is also a random dungeon TM, and some fighting-type Pokémon can learn it as part of their natural move list.
If that's a move then yes.
Then that Pokemon cannot learn it. Only starter Pokemon can learn the ultimate move. No other Pokemon can learn them.
It can only learn it as a egg move.
Piloswine can't learn Ancientpower by level-up. you have 2 options, either let the move tutor in Platinum, Heart Gold or Soul Silver teach Piloswine the move and then use Pokétransfer to transfer the pokémon to Black and White. Or you could Chain breed the move onto a Swinub by breeding a Male Kecleon or Dunsparce that knows Ancientpower with a Female Swinub, Piloswine or Mamoswine. The egg that is produced will be a Swinub that knows Ancientpower. Either way I am sorry but if you have a Piloswine on Pokemon White that doesn't know Ancientpower it can never evolve in that game :( sorry.
battle it
There is no specific way to get through, just use a Pokemon that levels up fast ( i recommend mew, because it can learn any move, mewtwo, or kecleon)
wobbufett can not learn cross chop. wobbufett can only learn counter and mirror coat. some people also say that wobbufett can learn the move destiny bond, a move that will kill the opponent's pokemon if the user dies, too
The Pokemon that can learn Thief are listed at this site: http://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/Thief

Use a dragon type move he will then become a dragon type then use it again and it will be super effective
Kecleon is a pretty brutal Pokemon. I'd recommend any Pokemon that knows endure and endeavor. Then any other damaging move should take it down. One Pokemon I know of is Swellow
Yes, They move
Breed the scyther that you want and when it's level one, trade it holding the metal coat. After the trade it will evolve in Scizor. It will then learn bullet punch. I also think a move tutor can teach bullet punch to Scizor.
no luxray cannot learn the move thunderpunch but he can learn the move thunder fang
cars? sean? the magic
