yes, but only in emerald you can find both, i think that's what i was told, anyway, if you get them both on a game take them to the day care and put both in. Latias is a girl and latios is a boy so they will have a baby!@!!!!=)

∙ 10y agoNo. In spite of the fact that they have genders, Latios and Latias cannot breed, as is the case with most Legendary Pokémon. Or at least, they can't breed in the games.
