Muggles see an old ruin with signs telling them to keep out and that it's dangerous.
No. When muggles are near Hogwarts all they can see is an old ruin with danger signs.
Hogwarts isn't in Houston, it is located somewhere in the north of Scotland. The exact location is unknown and muggles cannot see the school.
Muggle cannot attend Hogwarts or even see the building. The only subject Hogwarts teaches that doesn't involve magic is Muggle Studies.Presumably, Ancient Runes and Arithmancy could also be learned by muggles although as we never see these classes that cannot be said for sure.In the video games, classes like Music and Art are also mentioned. However they are never mentioned in the books.
It is never made very clear if there is a wall around Hogwarts. In the Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince movie there appears to be one but nothing was mentioned in any of the books. It's likely that there isn't one because it would make it harder to hide from muggles (who see a ruined castle when they are near Hogwarts, having a wall around it would bring that into question) and because the Hogwarts boundaries stretch past a forest.
Yes, Harry Potter lives in Surrey, England.
They use the term for Muggles for people that are not aware of the magical world. They use the term 'squib' for someone born of a wizarding family that doesn't have the ability to use magic. Mr. Filch is a squib.
Easy, muggles cannot see Hogwarts so he did not know it was there. Because Hogwarts is an imaginary place that doesn't exist in reality.

All around us. But Muggles are oblivious to it and the goings on in the Wizarding World. As Stan Shunpike says: "Muggles don't see nufin' do they?"
Harry and Ron flew a car to Hogwarts when they missed the train. They were seen by muggles, breaking the International Statue of Secrecy.
Muggles. Ordinary people are referred to as Muggles.
Since muggles are non-magical beings then yes, muggles do exist. However, they are not called muggles, they're just real people.
