Yes, Pan can turn into a Super Saiyan as she has 1/4 Saiyan blood inside her. However, Pan personally chooses not to transform into a Super Saiyan and Dragonball creator Akira Toriyama stated he couldn't figure out what female Super Saiyans would look like which is why female Super Saiyans aren't included in the manga.

No, Pan Cannot Use Super Saiyan in any of the DB sagas, Pan Was Young near the end on DBZ, and in GT Pan was still youngish, But GT ended, therefore we never saw the development of Pan, and we have no way of finding out wether Pan would reach Super Sayan, Hope this hanswers your question.

She's actually 1/4 of a saiyan, but cuz she's more human, she can't become super saiyan.

in the TV show she did not. she's only a 1/4 saiyan which prevents her from turning super saiyan or into an Oozaru

Akira Toriyama, confirmed that girls/females can't turn into an Oozaru or a super saiyan.(the reason why is because it was hard for him to draw super saiyan girls.) So the answer is no. you might see them on the internet, or a comic, but it's not akira toriyama's creation

well.... time has change since the old days(dbz days) and now...when i was born a had a brown long thing .....

so I thought to myself im a saiyan and i am. I tried to go super saiyan evrn thoguh im just a kid...... and my frind cj is a saiyan too. I tryed hard to transform and I never could do it, but then when i got fustraited, my hair spiked up and puffed up a bit. it only glew yellow\golden once. u might b a saiyan..... this is wot u gotta do......

5.have a person next to u to tell you how yur changing form
