The Queen doesn't have the power to do that. The succession to the throne is determined by law, and it's not her personal property. It would require an Act of Parliament to bypass Prince Charles.

The matter of succession is generally considered to be outside of the Royal Prerogative. She could ask Parliament to ask her to. Or she could ask him to renounce.

But no, not going to happen. He's been in training for being King for more than 40 years, he'll be great at it.

No she can not. While there has been some issue with the wither younger sons should take presidence over their older sisters (there have been some issues about Princess Anne and wither Andrew and Edward should be higher up than her) However at this time Elizabeth or anybody else who would be ruler can not pick and choose who comes after them.

No. Prince Charles is still first in line to be King of England, and there has been no statement by the Royal Family disputing that. Prince William is next in line to the throne after Prince Charles.

No Queen Elizabeth can not skip Prince Charles and go to Prince Andrew. There are several reasons for this. One is that Prince Charles has been groomed to become King since the day he was born, and has been Prince of Wales since he was 18. Another reason is because the King or Queen can not just pick and choose who comes after them. Most importantly Andew cannot skip over Charles because William and Harry are second and third in line to the throne after Charles-Andrew is number four.
