first you have to beat blizzard island and then after you get secret rank go da some random mission and the next day go to where mr. mime was (corphish is there now)he will tell you to go talk to sunflora she is in the bottom floor of the guild and she will tell you where the surrounded sea is........you can now go there when ever you want.
