Wolverine has healing factor,unbreakable bones,combat experience,and is well trained in hand to hand combat.
My answer is split . The longer the fight goes on the more the advantage shifts to wolverine. If spidey does not fool around he could put wolverine down fast.

β 10y agoThe answer to this is clearly, Marvel. The sales from two of their most popular (nigh invulnerable) characters going at it would boost sales to insane levels. And since both are almost impossible to stay dead it they could keep bringing them back for more.
