I'm not sure if the anime was 100% consistent, but I think this is all the effects - all your monsters increase their attack and defense by 500. You can place monsters in your Spell and Trap Zone, and if they are behind a monster in the monster zone, they can't be attacked. Seal of Orichalcos cannot be destroyed, negated or removed from the field. The loser of the duel loses their soul.

Though I do not know for certain I think you can or at some point could win it from some upper deck members or something. You CAN however buy COPIES and REPLICAS of the Seal of Orichalcos. However they, the replicas, are not guaranteed to be accepted in tournaments or the like. It is said that the maker of Yu-Gi-Oh! Holds the 15 Orichalcos originals. That's all I know.

Who owns the authentic Seal of Orichalcos?
There is no 'authentic' Seal of Orichalcos. By an authentic card, we mean a card designed, authorised and sanctioned by Konami.One tournament in the US did feature special challenge matches using Seal of Orichalcos cards. However these cards are not 'authentic', they were just made by the event organisers, and used rules they made up themselves - the player could discard a Seal from hand to negate anything, for example.However just to be clear, while these cards might have value as a collector's item, they are not valid Yu-Gi-Oh cards, regardless of the fact UDE made them, because they were not sanctioned by Konami.
